Happy 12th Anniversary

On December 19, 1998 I married my true love in the Salt Lake Temple. For 12 years I have loved and cared for my husband. We have been through some good times and bad times but we have always been there for each other. We have three beautiful children that bring so much joy to our lives. Tyler is 8 and loves sports and likes anything that his father likes. Madison is a sweet quiet and shy child who is very loving. Mia is our outgoing, loud and funny one. She says some of the funniest things. We are so lucky to have them in our lives. I love Rusty so much and hope to continue to have a great life with him. I want to grow old with him and see our children grow up and have kids. I love you Rusty with all my heart and I am glad that this year we get to go back to the temple where we were married. We are going to Utah for Christmas and get to go see the temple all lit up with lights. I can't wait. I think the kids will enjoy it. We hope that all of our family and friends have a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Here are some pictures from our wedding day.

Thanksgiving 2010

We stayed home for Thanksgiving and had some friends over. Well we consider them family since all of us don't have family around. The Allen's came they have 4 kids. The Gardner's came and they have 3 kids and Scoty was here with his 3 kids and the Allen's brought a friend. We had so much fun eating and hanging out. The girls all went to Old Navy and Michaels and then we hit Walmart at midnight. I have to say I usually like to go shopping but it gets harder each year. Stores are opening earlier and earlier. I had friends that were up all night and came home to sleep. I value my sleep a little more. I also did some shopping online which was fun. You can shop in your pajamas. We all hope that you have a great Holiday Season. We are off to Utah for Christmas this year. December is a big month for us. My birthday is on the 16th and our anniversary is the 19th. So we stay busy with celebrating those. I hope all is well with our family and friends.

Happy Halloween and Fall Break

The kids and I went to Memphis to see Rusty's parents over fall break. Tyler had two weeks off and the girls had one week, so Tyler flew out and spent a week by himself with his grandparents. It was his first flight all by himself and he loved it. He was not scared at all. I cried more than he did, it was really hard to just put him on a plane and say goodbye. Everything went smooth. I was really glad, he wants to fly again by himself. We did some fun stuff while we were there. We did something everyday and the kids had a blast. Not only did they get to see their grandparents they also got to see great grandma Poulton. I want my kids to spend lots of time with grandparents I feel it is important. I never really had grandparents so I want my kids to have a relationship with theirs.

We did some really fun stuff. We went to the Children's Museum, My big back hard, shopping, and took a ride in a cinderalla carriage in downtown Memphis, the girls had a blast. We also went to Mudd Island which is a small version of the Mississippi river. We had the kids picture taken and then we went to build a bear. My kids have never done that and they loved it. Tyler got a dog with a dog carrier and he has slept and taken care of that dog like it was real. I wish he would do that with the dog we have. Over all we had a great time, we missed Rusty but enjoyed our time with his parents and grandma. Thank you Billy and Brenda for letting us come out. We love you. Here are some pictures.

I almost forgot. I got to go to Wicked with Brenda, and Grandma. It was so good. I want to see it again.

Picture Time

So we are in Memphis visiting Rusty's parents and we took the kids to get their pictures taken. I have to say that I have the best looking kids out there. They are just so darn cute. Here were some of the pictures. When we get home I will post about our trip out here. We have had so much fun. I even got to go see Wicked and it was awesome.
