Cruise 2009

So Rusty took me to the Western Carribbean for our ten year anniversary. My sister Jenny and her husband Ben went with us. We had a blast. We left out of Orlando and went to Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize and the Bahammas. We all got a lot of sun but really had fun. I had never been on a cruise before and thought I was going to be sick but I did not get sick at all. It was hard at first to get use to it but overall it was great. It was hard to be away from the kids but they were left in good hands with Grandma Griffin . Thanks again Grandma you are the best. We went scuba diving in Cozumel, sight seeing in Belize and hit the beach in Costa Maya and went to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahammas. My favorite part had to be Costa Maya I got a full hour massage on the beach for $25, can't get better than that. I did not put on enough sun screen on so I got really burned but overall we had a good time. In the Bahammas Jenny and I did the Dolphin Discovery where we got to interact with the dolphins. Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Scuba Diving did not go so well for me. I only went down a few feet before I had to come up. It was just too much for me. So I went and hung out on the boat with Jenny you could not got go because she is pregnant. We took a nice nap and enjoyed each other's company. Overall it was a great trip. Happy Birthday Tyler

So Tyler turned 7 on Saturday. I can't believe it, he is growing up so fast. My parents came from Utah to surprise him and he was in shock. They hid in my room and when Tyler got home from school I told him that there was something in my room for him. He walked in and just stood there like are they real. He gave them a big hug and was so happy. We weren't sure if my momwas going to make it because she just had new surgery 3 weeks ago but her doctor okayed her to come. We had a party Friday night with some friends and then he went to Amazing Jakes(like chucky cheese) with a few friends on Saturday. So Friday night we played superstar and we took this video of Madison she wanted to sing a long to. He was so cute. Tyler had a great day and was excited to Grandma and Grandpa. All the kids enjoyed the visit. My mom did the girl's nails and hair and they really enjoyed it. Thanks again Mom and Dad for coming, it meant alot to Tyler. Enjoy the pictures.

I also forgot to tell about his cake. He wanted a spongebob cake and I decided to try and make my own. So with my mom's help we tried to duplicate the one at the store. It looked great.

Stock Show 2009

So friday my friend and I took the kids to see the Denver Stock Show. It was so much fun. The kids got to play and run out a lot of energy. They got up close with a lot of animals. We had a really good time. We came back and had a big slumber party because both our husbands were out of town.

Nothing new in our lives. Rusty is working a lot and has been to LA the past week. He is home now YEAH!!!!!!! We really missed him. Tyler will be 7 on Saturday so I will post pictures of that. I hope all is well with our family and friends.

So Mandy tagged me. 6 Quirks about me.

1. I am a little OCD about my house. I like a clean picked up house. I am constantly picking up after the kids. I shouldn't care but I do. Even the car. I hate a dirty car.

2. I love to dress my girls up. They are like baby dolls to me. They are so much fun.

3. I love my computer. I am always on it. Either blogging or just surfing. My new favorite site is facebook.

4. I always make my bed. I know crazy, I can't stand it if it is not made.

5. I have a new hobby of making cards and tags. So much fun.

6. I get my nails done. I know I am selfish but that is one thing I do for myself. I love it and it makes me feel good.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

We had a really good christmas this year. We stayed home and Rusty's parents came to town to see all the family. The girls were really into it this year. They loved opening presents. Tyler was also very excited. He is at a very fun stage in life. The girls on the other hand are a handful but we love them lots. Tyler got a bunch of new nerf guns including the Vulcan, a Optimus Prime transformer and a new mitt for baseball. The girls got new dolls and stroller and a bunch of new movies. I got a new pink laptop!!!!!!!!!!Yeah I can have my own computer now. I also got a new necklace with the kids birthstone on it that is beautiful a gift card to Costco thanks mom and dad and a Miche bag. It is the new handbag that Rusty is shipping. It is really cool. Rusty had a pretty boring christmas. He only got a 2007 F-150 Supercrew Lariat truck. It is really cool. He has wanted a new truck for a very long time and he finally got it. We enjoyed the Christmas Holiday and loved seeing his parents.

My sister Jenny and her family came out for New Years. It has been lots of fun with them here. It has been really low key though. I ended up having surgery on my ovarian cyst on tuesday the 30th. I wanted to get it done before the end of the year so they did it right away. I have been really sore but the recovery has been good. Rusty and everyone have taken really good care of me. We have had a good year and are blessed with good health and a happy family. We love you all and hope you all have a Happy New Year.
